Pet Policy
We are pet friendly!
Fees: Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 one-time pet fee upon move-in.
Recurring Monthly Pet Fee: $25 per month, per pet.
1st Floor: Only 1 large dog up to 60lbs in weight at full growth, OR up to 2 small dogs (<35lbs), OR 2 cats permitted per apartment.
2nd – 3rd Floor: Up to 2 small dogs up to 35 pounds in weight at full growth, or 2 cats permitted per apartment.
NO PIT BULLS, PIT BULL MIX, ROTWEILERS, GERMAN SHEPERDS, OR DOBERMANS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.
Proof of vaccinations must be provided.
Discounts
- Active Military & Law Enforcement – 3% Discount
- Veterans & First Responders – 2% Discount
- First Responders to include: EMT, Firefighter, Paramedics, & Nurses (RN)
- Seniors – $25 a Month Discount (over 65 years old)
Application, Amenity, and Security Deposit Fees:
One-Time Application Fee: $25
One-Time Amenity Fee (includes access to all amenities for the entire term of tenancy): $300 Due at Lease Signing
Security Deposit is equal to one-month’s rent. Once an Applicant is approved and assigned to an apartment, they are required within 72 hours to Sign the Lease and pay the Full Security Deposit. In the event that both of these items are not completed, the Applicant will be moved to the waitlist. Please note: Once the Lease is signed by Management, the Lease is legally binding. Pets are welcome. $300 One-Time Pet Fee (at move-in). Base rent increases by $25/month per pet.
